IFBC was mandated to value the Akina AG within a MBO. Within the project, we established a detailed business plan per legal entity and performed a sum-of-parts-valuation. In particular, the complex fee and tax structure within the Akina Group as well as the detailed projection of the carried interests had be considered in the financial model. The Akina Group is an investment adviser that supports and manages funds of funds and direct investment programs invested in small and mid-sized companies in Europe.
