IFBC was engaged by the Hemro Group to develop a new bonus and employee participation program. As part of the design of the new model, the relevant performance indicators, objectives and bonus curves were redefined and suggestions for the payment forms of the variable compensation have been developed. Based on the current business plan of Hemro, IFBC made a transparent analysis for both the decision makers as well as the management how the remuneration and ownership structure of Hemro will evolve. The Hemro Group is a strategic umbrella organization of the coffee grinder brands Mahlkönig, Ditting, Anfim and HeyCafé and a global leader in the field of coffee grinding.
