Your distinctive quality awareness and enthusiasm for Corporate Finance and M&A allow you to quickly integrate yourself into our team. Your area of responsibility includes advising clients of various sectors and sizes and the following activities:

  • Analyzing problems and developing convincing solutions
  • Planning and supporting projects
  • Supporting M&A and financing transactions
  • Developing valuations and financial models
  • Writing professional texts for reports and presentations
  • Coordinating internal tasks (research, studies, publications, etc.)

What you Offer

You have gained initial professional experience in Corporate Finance and/or M&A and have a very good master's degree in banking & finance, business administration or accounting & finance. Your strengths also include the following key skills:

  • Professional expertise in Valuation & Financial Modeling
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Motivation for data-driven, high-quality work results
  • Curiosity and open-mindedness in the search for the best solution
  • Respectful manners, social skills and a sense of humor
