In connection with the establishment of a Swiss holding company, the contributions in kind made by various MPF Industry Group subsidiaries were evaluated. In this context, IFBC was commissioned to evaluate the Group companies on a consolidated basis. The assessment carried out by IFBC was audited by the auditor in connection with the contribution in kind. The MPF Industry Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of products for the gas industry and for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) technology. MPF Industry Group's other products include abrasives, machine accessories, DIY products and consumer goods. The MPF Industry Group comprises 12 subsidiaries. In 2019, the company generated a consolidated turnover of more than 740 million euros.
