Simone Thurnherr began her professional journey with a degree in business administration and a focus on HRM. Over the years, she has completed various further training courses in the areas of coaching, leadership and people development. With almost two decades of experience, she has covered the entire HR spectrum, from administration to Head of HR Switzerland. Her diverse professional experience has been shaped by working with SMEs and international companies in both the public and private sectors.
