Starting a new job is an important step and the beginning of a new chapter in your career. We value a transparent, respectful, and efficient recruitment process. We want to get to know you both as a person and as a professional – and at the same time show you who we are and how we work.
Getting to know you involves personal interviews to assess your motivation and cultural fit, as well as tests of analytical thinking and technical skills to evaluate your professional suitability. We are interested in whether you enjoy challenging tasks, are willing to take on responsibility, and why you would like to join IFBC.
Please send your complete application dossier (cover letter, CV, references) by email to our Head of HR, Natalia Schweizer (natalia.schweizer@ifbc.ch). Once we have received your application, we will review it carefully and get back to you as soon as possible.
If your profile matches IFBC and sparks our interest, we will invite you to a virtual interview. During this meeting, we will introduce IFBC and talk about your background, career path, and motivation for joining us. You will also have the opportunity to speak with one of our employees to gain insights into everyday working life at IFBC.
If the process continues, we will invite you to an on-site interview. This includes an assessment lasting approximately three hours, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of your working style and strengths. You will meet your potential team and learn more about your future responsibilities. We will discuss technical topics, mutual expectations, and day-to-day collaboration. If possible, we will also arrange a short meeting with additional team members. Any remaining questions can be clarified afterwards by phone or email, or through further interviews if required.
If we are a good fit for each other, you will receive a contract offer. Your start at IFBC will be supported by a structured onboarding process. We will guide you through your first steps so that you can quickly settle into the team and your projects. An IFBC manual provides structured access to key regulations, guidelines, and internal policies.
The IFBC Choice, i.e. the decision to join IFBC, is based primarily on the following aspects: Variety of Assignments and Responsibility. Learning Fast from the Bestand Encouraging Work-Life Balance.
