IFBC developed an integrated cost of capital concept for the Dätwyler Group covering different areas of financial management (investment assessments, acquisitions, value based management and impairment testing). A core element of the concept is the distinction drawn between the different business risks and the consideration given to the various currencies. The Dätwyler Group is an international niche player in the Technical Components, Sealing Solutions and Cabling Solutions segments.
