In collaboration with IWB, IFBC developed a comprehensive risk management concept. Considering the legal framework and the ownership strategy of the canton of Basel-Stadt, the process for risk identification as well as the quantification and steering of risks was redesigned. Additionally, IWB was supported in the implementation of the new risk management concept.
