Alexandra Egg

Alexandra Egg holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from ETH/University of Zurich as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich. After her studies, she began her career in investment banking with a focus on corporate finance and M&A, gaining extensive experience in company valuation, financial modeling, and the structuring and execution of capital market transactions. She then broadened her expertise in the field of sustainable and healthcare investments, where she analyzed companies and contributed to the development of impact and ESG assessment processes. In the following years, she worked in the private equity sector, where she was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing transactions, and supporting portfolio companies. Since 2019, she has also been a CFA charterholder. As a Manager, Alexandra Egg supports IFBC's clients in the areas of Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory.
