Julien Dubois

Julien Dubois holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from HEG Geneva. After graduating and gaining initial experience in institutional client services at a private bank, he spent several years in Corporate Finance at a Big 4 in Switzerland. During this time, he developed extensive M&A expertise, particularly in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, and built a strong track record in executing complex cross-border transactions. He subsequently broadened his investment experience as an Associate at a Swiss private equity firm. As a Manager, Julien Dubois supports IFBC's clients in the areas of Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory.
