Exclusive Financial Advisor to the Founder of Lynus and Enerfin

IFBC served as the exclusive financial advisor to the founder of Lynus AG and Enerfin AG in the search for a new, long-term shareholder. The new investor acquired Verium’s minority stake in Lynus and is providing additional growth capital for Enerfin. The transaction was successfully closed on 10 March 2026.

IFBC managed the entire transaction process as the exclusive financial advisor to the founder of Lynus and Enerfin. In particular, IFBC identified potential investors, developed the transaction structure and financial model, and supported the contract and purchase price negotiations.
