IFBC appoints Stephanie Züllig and Luca Baroni to the Board of Directors

IFBC elected Stephanie Züllig and Luca Baroni to the Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting on 24. June 2026. They succeed Peter Riedweg and Christoph Theler, who are leaving the IFBC Board of Directors due to their age.

With their extensive experience in financial management, digitalization, energy and infrastructure, Stephanie Züllig and Luca Baroni strengthen IFBC’s expertise in the technology, industrials and clean energy transition sectors. This will enable IFBC to support its clients even more effectively on their journey towards sustainable value creation in future.

Stephanie Züllig is an entrepreneur and professional board member. She has 18 years’ international executive and transformation experience at Siemens, where she held business and leadership responsibilities at C-level. Her areas of focus are digital transformation, artificial intelligence and strategic corporate development. She is currently Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at ELEKTRON AG and a member of the boards of pom+, HOLINGER and ABRAXAS, where she represents the Canton of Zurich as the owner’s representative. She is also involved in the strategic committees of Verkehrsbetriebe Luzern and the Securitas Group.

As a finance expert, Luca Baroni has many years’ experience as a CFO in the energy and infrastructure sector. He served as CFO of the Alpiq Group, Swissgrid and naturenergie (formerly Energiedienst Holding). Other career roles included positions at BLS (Bern-Lötschberg-Simplon Railway) and MGB (Migros Genossenschafts Bund). Until the end of June 2026, Luca Baroni was also Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Investment Committee of the PKE Energy Pension Fund.
