Manuel Berger

Manuel Berger is a corporate finance specialist and Of Counsel. He was previously a Partner at IFBC from 2023 to 2026 and has broad experience in advising listed and unlisted companies in different industries on complex financial matters. Manuel Berger focuses on M&A transactions, valuations and financing. Before joining IFBC, he worked in the corporate finance department of a large Swiss energy group and in the deals advisory department of a Big4 company, most recently as managing director with an industry focus on the energy and infrastructure sector. Manuel Berger graduated from the University of Bern in 2001 with a degree in economics, specialising in financial management, and holds an Executive Master of European and International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen.
