Michel Le Bars began his professional career in Energy & Natural Resources at TOTAL (TotalEnergies), where he gained extensive international experience. After a successful career with MSD (Merck Sharp & Dohme), he became a Partner at a leading mid-market M&A and strategy advisor for MedTech & Lifesciences in Basel. In recent years, he has served as Head of Corporate Finance at a Big4 in Switzerland, where he led M&A activities in the Healthcare & Lifesciences sector, and further strengthened his strong track record through complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
