Dr. Thomas Vettiger was co-founder of IFBC in 1997 and is currently Managing Partner and member of the Board of Directors. Thomas Vettiger has led IFBC to a leading consulting company in the area of Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory. From 2005–2015 he was a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Clientis AG, from 2013–2015 he was also Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committee. In addition, he has been a member of the Swiss Takeover Board (TOB) since September 2015. Since June 2016 he has been a member of the Board of Directors and since April 2021 Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investis AG, a listed real estate company. Since April 2021, he has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Globalscope. Thomas Vettiger is responsible for Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory at IFBC and advises large companies in various sectors at management and board level, entrepreneurs and private equity investors. Thomas Vettiger is lecturer at the department of Banking and Finance of the University of Zurich. He is also speaker at Universities of Applied Sciences and at MBA programs. He graduated with a master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen and holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Zurich.
