Exclusive Financial Advisor to the founder and owner on the successful sale of ECOFIN Investment Consulting to Vaudoise
On 1 October 2025, ECOFIN Investment Consulting AG (ECOFIN Investment Consulting) and Vaudoise Insurance Holding AG (Vaudoise) announced that Vaudoise had acquired all shares in ECOFIN Investment Consulting.
ECOFIN Investment Consulting was founded in 1996 by Prof. Dr. Martin Janssen and is a spin-off of the ECOFIN Group. Over the years, the company has developed into one of Switzerland's leading providers of investment consulting services for pension funds, foundations, and large private investors.
Following the acquisitions of Pittet Associés SA and Prevanto AG, this transaction reinforces Vaudoise's role as the market leader in comprehensive consulting for pension funds in Switzerland and strengthens its complementary strategy outside its core insurance business.
