On 1. October 2026 Jaisli-Xamax AG (Jaisli-Xamax) and Serafin Unternehmensgruppe GmbH (Serafin) announced a transaction. Serafin is acquiring the long-established electrical company. With its new owner, Jaisli-Xamax gains a financially strong partner with a long-term perspective that preserves the company’s independence while also opening up additional opportunities for investment and further growth.

‍

Rolf Weber, CEO of Jaisli-Xamax: “For the company’s succession, it was important to us to find an owner who shares our values, thinks long-term, and believes in the potential of Jaisli-Xamax. IFBC successfully guided us through this landmark step.”

‍

For Jaisli-Xamax, the focus is not on integration into new operational structures, but rather on building on its existing strengths: its experienced team, strong market position, close relationships with customers and partners, and long-standing expertise in the electrical industry. Planned investments include building services engineering, digitalization, and the expansion of its locations. These measures are intended to lay the groundwork for further growth and strengthen Jaisli-Xamax’s market position over the long term. Under new ownership, Jaisli-Xamax will continue to operate as an independent company under its existing brand. With this corporate succession, Jaisli-Xamax is entering the next phase of its nearly 60-year success story. Rolf Weber will continue to lead the company as CEO. The current executive management and team will also remain on board. The locations in Dietikon, Basel, Bern, and Zug will continue to operate.
