Exclusive Financial Advisor in the sale of Finfox

On 14 May 2025 , Finfox announced a change of ownership. CHAPTERS Group AG, through its subsidiary CHAPTERS Software Switzerland GmbH, has acquired all shares in FINFOX Software and Technology AG and FINFOX Research and Consulting AG (together known as Finfox) from Prof. Dr. Martin Janssen, Zurich-based professor emeritus of finance. CHAPTERS Group AG is a Frankfurt-listed investment holding company that specializes in acquiring small and mid-sized businesses providing “mission critical” digital solutions. The transfer of the companies took effect on 2 May 2025.

FINFOX Software and Technology AG is a leading Swiss software provider in the field of digital wealth management, enabling seamless hybrid investment advisory services across multiple channels through its digital platform Finfox. Finfox will continue to operate as an independent company, and the Finfox brand will be retained. The other companies of the ECOFIN-Group operating in the areas of investment advisory and asset management, data infrastructure, and blockchain activities are not affected by this transaction.
