IFBC appoints Michel Le Bars as partner effective January 1, 2026. He is transferring from Deloitte Switzerland to IFBC, where he was previously Head of Corporate Finance responsible for M&A business in the Healthcare & Lifesciences sector.
Michel Le Bars began his professional career in Energy & Natural Resources at TOTAL (TotalEnergies), where he gained extensive international experience. After a successful career with MSD (Merck Sharp & Dohme), he became a Partner at a leading mid-market M&A and strategy advisor for MedTech & Life Sciences in Basel. In recent years, he has served as Head of Corporate Finance at Deloitte in Switzerland, where he led M&A activities in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, and further strengthened his strong track record through complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
